Once you are ready to move forward, the next step is to complete the student application form. This provides our admissions team with important background information about your child and allows us to begin the review process.
Submit required documents
To support your application, families are asked to provide all required documentation, including report cards, available testing information, recommendation forms, and the application fee. Providing all materials in a timely manner helps the admissions move forward smoothly.
Attend an observation or interview
As part of the Summit-Questa Montessori admissions process, SQMS considers whether the school meets the needs of each child. Students applying for Grades 1 – 8 participate in a Student Observation Day, while kindergarten applicants take part in a short interview.

To confirm your child's place, families are asked to complete the enrollment process. During this stage, tuition payment options are also arranged. Once finalized, your family can look forward to joining the Summit-Questa Montessori School community.
